What services are available at MBME Kiosks?
MBME offers customers payment solutions across the UAE via our smart kiosks through our wide range of partners ranging sectors such as transport and airline services, utilities, charities and government entities, money & transfer, gift cards and telecommunications. Our services are available regardless of location, enabling customers who are visiting or working in other cities to make payments relevant to the Emirate they reside in.
Customers have a choice of payments and services at one location with MBME.
Utility: Customers have the choice of paying their monthly utility bills for Ajman Sewerage, AADC, ISTA, Lootah, SERGAS, FEWA at MBME self-service kiosks. We eliminate the challenge of getting to locations by combining the speed of self-service kiosks along with convenient locations so customers can meet their payment deadlines with ease.
Telecom: We offer top-up, bill payment, SIM issuance & validation for all Etisalat and du. MBME is continually looking for ways to improve customer service, through our retail locations and out-of-store placements.
International Top-Up: A fast and convenient way to recharge the mobile phones or enable real time prepaid top up transfers for family and friends back home. We help our customers keep in touch with their family and friends back home through our network of more than 190 mobile operators across Asia Pacific, Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America and Eastern Europe, with more operators being added on a regular basis. Services are available to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, Egypt, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines and Indonesia.
Money & Transfer: Registered customers can complete remittances directly from MBME kiosks with coverage for 480,000 agent locations worldwide, operating in over 200 countries and territories. We also provide IMR (International Mobile recharge) for 100+ countries, offering competitive rates that are monitored against the market. We currently support more than 400 banks and 15,000 cash pick up agents across China, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Malaysia. Our money & transfer partners are Al Ansari Exchange, Wallstreet Exchange, Western Union, National Bonds, MAF and e-dirham.
Airline: Book your ticket online on flydubai.com or Airarabia.com and simply select the option of paying later. Customers can then visit a MBME kiosk, enter their booking reference and confirm their ticket. Entertainment: iTunes, Sony PSN and XBOX are available as pre-paid gaming vouchers, gift cards, and subscriptions that can be redeemed online.
Charity: A wide range of charitable services for different causes from chid welfare, community care, education and hunger are available for donations and can be contributed to directly to Sharjah International charity, Awqaf Sharjah, Beit Al Khair and Zakat Fund.
Government & Fines: ADPC, RAK Smart Services, Sharjah Municipality, TRA, Dubai Police
